Pham Khac Quang, President and Founder of Kien Nam Group, has been deeply involved in Vietnam real estate and construction, master builder and long-term investor for over 20 years. He was born in Quang Nam province and earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the HCMC University of Technology and Education. Before the establishment of Kien Nam Co., Ltd, Quang joined the Full Power Construction company in the 1990s and began his construction career. As an involved community entrepreneur, Quang focuses his charitable contribution on different school and humanitarian projects. He made significant contributions to the local K-12 public schools in Quang Nam Province, a scholarship fund at California State University, Fullerton, just to name a few.

Pham Nguyen Dang Trinh, known as Sky Pham, was born in Sai Gon, Vietnam. He received the High School Diploma at Wellington College, New Zealand (2010). Sky graduated with the Finance and Banking degree at California State University, Fullerton and MBA at Ohio University. He is currently pursuing Doctorate of Business Administration concentration in Finance - Banking, Corporate Finance and Securities Law at Liberty University. Sky started to manage his family business (U.S. Divison), Kien Nam Group, LLC and Skyland Capital Corporation. The company is an investment firm specialize in domestic and international real estate development, construction, property management as well as coffee.  

Sky is current serving as the Board of Advisor for California International Bank and active board of director for the Compassionate Hands Foundation as known as Ban Tay Nhan Ai for more than 10 years. The charity is sponsoring more than 6,000 underprivileged families as well as over 3,000 students in Vietnam with full scholarship. His story and experience were shared to the Orange County community through his article “Student Recycle Club combines education and stewardship” on the OC Register.) In 2015, Sky graduated from the Superior Court of California, County of Orange Leadership Academy.

Sky believes that every action counted, and that we all have to make small efforts or nothing would ever change. Sky looking forward to creating more changes to make our community become a better place. - Trinh is known in various media such as VTV4 (Back Day Program) through acampaign with the United Nations delegation to the US Congress in 2014, who speaking to hundreds of US senators on the South China Sea.Trinh has resolutely taken the issue of China seriously violated Vietnam's sovereignty over islands at the conference.

- In addition, his journey and passion have been shared in the articles of the Daily Titan and Orange County Register, as well as the Cal State Fullerton student forum.
