Let's look back at the Company Culture Gathering – April 5, 2025!

Kiến Nam Group was delighted to host the Company Culture Gathering with the theme “Heart - Talent - Trust - Wisdom”. The event aimed to enhance internal communication and mark the beginning of the second quarter. It took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where every member had the opportunity to share their thoughts and perspectives on the company’s core values.

At Kiến Nam Group, we believe that a strong organization is built not only on professional expertise but also on unity and shared values. The intimate Quarter II gathering was a special occasion to reflect on our journey, listen to insights from leadership, and, most importantly, cultivate our organizational culture through the four core values: “Heart – Talent – Trust – Wisdom”. Here, each member is not just someone who gets the job done, but a vital part of what makes Kiến Nam unique. The gathering was designed to spark open dialogue, foster mutual understanding, and encourage collective action—so that our values go beyond being just slogans and become present in our everyday behaviors.

The meeting room was thoughtfully prepared ahead of time.

Learning to Listen to Understand

No one is perfect from the beginning, but everyone can start with listening. In the first session of the “Culture & 4 Core Values” series, we realized that listening is not just a skill—it’s a cultural act. From our Director’s everyday stories to the team debates around the values of Heart – Talent – Trust – Wisdom, everyone had the chance to be heard and to feel understood. And it is through that mutual understanding that culture begins to take shape—not in slogans, but in the way we look at each other and how we treat one another every single day.

“There was a time I failed to keep my word… and only when I admitted that, did I truly begin to change.” – A heartfelt share from the gathering.

“Company culture doesn’t live in the rulebook. It lives in how people act when no one is watching.” – Thoại Pham

No one is always full of energy. But here’s the difference: passionate people don’t wait for inspiration—they create it. It might be a morning playlist, a tidy workspace, or simply remembering why you chose this job in the first place. Passion isn’t a fire that blazes forever—it’s a warm light that keeps your spirit from growing cold. Keep that fire alive in yourself, and soon, you’ll be lighting it in others too.

Each member of the company is sharing their thoughts on the 4 core values.

To deepen understanding of the 4 core values and strengthen the bond among all employees, the leadership team organized a mini game.

How to Play:
Each team receives 10–12 pre-printed behaviors (with adhesive backing), for example:

  • “Always punctual”

  • “Shares knowledge with colleagues”

  • “Afraid to speak the truth for fear of criticism”

  • “Admits mistakes and quickly corrects them”

Task: Match each behavior to one of the four values: Heart (Tâm) – Talent (Tài) – Trust (Tín) – Wisdom (Trí).

Teams discuss their reasoning, then a representative presents the behavior they found hardest to categorize.
Objective: Help employees understand which specific actions reflect each core value.

During the mini game “Match the Behavior to the Value”, one behavior sparked unanimous agreement from the whole room: “Always punctual.”

At first glance, it seems simple—but within the context of corporate culture, it became a powerful symbol of Heart, Trust, and even Talent. We had a lively discussion:

  • “Is being punctual just about discipline, or is it a way of showing respect to others?”

  • “When someone avoids honest feedback, is it a lack of Wisdom?”

What seemed like small questions led to meaningful conversations—helping each person not only better understand the company’s values, but also reflect on themselves and the people they work with every day.

Each team enthusiastically took part in the mini game “Match the Behavior to the Value.”
