What must a successor do?

The chosen individual will embark on an 18-month training and transition journey — designed to equip you with the confidence and capability to take on the responsibility and successfully execute the strategy:

  • One-on-one coaching and mentoring from Chairman Pham Khac Quang (founder of Kien Nam Group) and comprehensive development expert Le Ngoc Dong (TDP).

  • Begin with assigned roles and responsibilities, working alongside existing operational staff.

  • Learn practical management skills under the guidance of a current CEO mentor at Kien Nam Group (CEO of Copen Coffee – Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hang).

  • Collaborate with and develop key operational personnel for effectiveness.

  • Work closely with the construction Board of Directors (BOD) team to shape strategy.

  • Build and lead a team aligned to effectively implement the strategy.

  • Grow through hands-on experience — not just theoretical learning.
